Import Movies onto Windows Movie Maker?
You may need to convert it first. Here is a link that may help on that: http://www.papajohn.org/MM2-Importing-Vi...
Reply:avi and wmv works best for windows movie maker. MPEG doesn't always work very well so it's not best to use that format. So you should convert your mpeg to either avi or wmv.
Reply:Windows Movie Maker is annoying in that every video and/or audio file must be a windows codec. You can convert your video(s) using Total Video Converter
