Transformers Movie?

Did anyone else think this movie was just a piece of garbage?





The graphics were terrible, The movie was so low budget that they couldn't even afford to get a decent actor to play the role of the president, who was absent during a huge worlld crisis, the other actors were nobodys, or has-beens. I have never heard worse dialogue in a movie..ever.





The best acting was by the used car salesman. The only part of the movie that was worth-while.





Now as an advertisement for the new Camaro,,the movie was awesome!! What a great looking car!

You can have your opinion. But you asked a question and therefore I have the right to respond.





I have seen this movie TWICE. I like my sci-fi and have seen many movies in this genre. I am also old enough now where I do not get all excited just because it is a new movie. I do look for story, script, production design, direction, editing etc. I never expect EVERY MOVIE I see to be the "best ever" but do expect it to be good enough to entertain me.





I was a big fan of sci-fi both from Hollywood and the Japanese movie houses since I was knee high to a grasshopper. So I think I can say that I KNOW what to look for in a sci-fi movie!





As far as Transformers - THIS IS A VERY GOOD MOVIE. Story flows, script - for what the movie was about - is good, acting decent enough, sound editing was really good and the CGI is amazing (love the sun reflection on Optimus Prime on top of the hill at the end).





If you "have never heard worse dialogue in a movie..ever." then you haven't seen enough movies.

Emphasis is often taken off the president in movies unless the president is a big part of the movie. They did make his scene a humorous one, though, presenting him as somewhat of an idiot.





Worse dialog? You've obviously never seen "Dracula 3000."





I agree that Bernie Mac ("the used car salesman" ... you DO know who Bernie Mac is, right?) is an extremely talented actor, and that the Camaro was awesome -- I couldn't take my eyes off of it!





The special effects and graphics were seamless. Maybe there was something wrong with the projection or the screen in the theater where you watched the movie. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it -- I thought it was terrific, and plan on going again...which I usually NEVER do!
Reply:The movie Transformers it is really bad *** movie! I think that you have a bad taste or you are acting too cool. It's a Stevens Spielberg movie for cry out loud! At least is better then Spider-Man 3.

Reply:wow you're an a s s!! how could you say that movie was low budget?? if thats "low budget" i'd like you to list the movies you think are "high budget". can you do that for us? nobodys and has beens huh? im not even gonna get into that one. the president thing was meant to imply that the president is an idiot and lets other ppl do his job for him. kinda like the real president. GET IT? it was a rip on reality. and as far as the "decent actor to play pres" um.....well doofus.....you dont actually ever SEE him now do you?? no. hes on screen for all of 2 seconds and all you see is his feet in red socks. not much of a stretch for an actor i think. worse dialog?? ever see napoleon dynamite? borat? the only thing in your post that you got right was that the camaro was cool. it was. but i prefer the police car. that was badass. barricade. sorry dude but you really need to start paying more attention to what you're watching.

I watch a LOT of movies and I for one can say Transformers was the better of most of them.





It was WAY better than the overhyped 300 or Spiderman 3 crap.





If you didn't like Transformers, maybe your movie selection sucks.
Reply:You need to put down whatever you're smoking cuz that movie was good. The only thing that made it bad was the mega-robot action sequences... Action sequences always make me nauseous in the theater. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have more of the Transformers featured in the film, but that's ok because they left it waaaaay open for a sequel.
Reply:well you must be a fan of bad acting, movies that are terrible, and low budget movies directed buy gay directors. Transformers was the the best movie i have ever seen.
