I am thinking of going to the movies for the first time with my (girl) friend and I want to ask her but I cant until i figure whch movie to see.
So far I have thought of 2 movies to to take her to: Speed Racer and Narnia. Speed Racer is action/adventure, very exciting to watch, racing sci-fi, etc.. Narnia is pretty much about magic and other stuff that she might like.
Since i'm getting the tickets do I pick the movie I want to see or go to the movie she wants to see to make her happy (if she's happy, i'm happy.)?
Anyone got any tips?
Which movie (for first date) is better?
Key: make sure its a movie SHE wants to see or prefers to see.
When I go to the movies with a guy...I tend to be more touchy feely because I'm so into the movie and it feels like the only thing in the world right now is just me and him and the movie and the movie allows us to connect to each other.
See something you both will enjoy...excited to see and will be thrilled throughout.
Don't be biased and think that just b/c she's a girl...she'll like magical stuff: Narnia
Honestly, I would choose Speed Racer because it seems more fun and I can imagine myself having fun watching it and exchanging glances with the guy about how great that scene was or how unbelievable what that actor did etc. We could laugh together and share "OOOhhh!"s and "ahhhh!"s
Reply:She's the girl. Make her happy, and you will be happy. Don't ever forget that.
Man it's a first date! Let her pick! Or, if she likes a take charge type of guy, then ASK her what kind of movies she likes, or ASK her if there's a movie out that she wants to go see, then go!!
Reply:go for the "if shes happy, your happy strategy"
let here choose the movie, and you can choose whether or not to watch the movie
Reply:Just tell her your 2 choices and let her decide it will leave her happy and you can always go back and see the other movie with mates.
Reply:Pick the movie she wants to see!
Reply:I think go with Speed Racer
Reply:Go with Speed Racer..:]
Reply:ask her what movie she would like to see
Reply:just ask her which one she prefers
