Windows Movie Maker. . . Help!!?
You can always convert your movies. Try this link:
http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_...
It's the best converting software you can get YET! ... It's totally free. No charges. It can convert almost any file into any other file. Try it! I use it all the time.
Reply:The following formats are supported by windows movie maker:
.asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv. So you will need to convert your file.
Go to www.download.com and do a search for video converters. If you want something free, use the advanced search to narrow down your search and find free softwares only or go to www.freewarefiles.com and do a search there.
Email me at bigboy105us@yahoo.com if you have any questions, need help or any more problems!
Reply:(.mov) is an Apple Quicktime format - complete opposite of (.wmv) Windows Media Video. That format will never work with Windows Movie Maker. There's a new free video editing application that is much better.
VideoSpin is a brand new tool that allows you to create your own movie clips in minutes using your own videos and pictures.
The top 3 video edting software choices for the PC is Ulead Video Studio, Adobe Premiere Elements and Sony Vegas. These programs are not free, but you can download a free trial from their Web sites.
If your looking for free video edting software other than VideoSpin take a look at my first source.
Reply:you might be able to get a program that converts between all file types or maybe you should film the movies w/ a digital camera (i use a digital elph by canon) then plug the SD card in to your computer and simply upload the videos.
