Movie name help.?

There was a movie that was a comedy. It was about a..chinese girl I think, that was kidnapped by some guy and she cooked him fried rice i think, lol. At the end, he was fighting a guy that looks like Benjamin Bratt(http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000973/). Well, they were fighting at a movie rental place and the guy that kidnapped the girl just wanted to return a late movie. The guy that looks like Benjamin Bratt, died and said he just wanted to go on a cruise, "maybe shoot a couple dolphins" and then at then a couple minutes later the movie rental place blows up and the end. Anyways, can you help me??
